Begin by describing yourself -- who you are, what you do, and where you are from. Chase promotes itself as the paradigm of diversity, so it will definitely increase the impact of your letter if you identify yourself as an every-day American.

If you are a Chase customer, please let them know that. Let them know that you enjoy their professional services but are deeply disappointed and upset with their employment policies. And be sure to inform them if you have run in the Chase Corporate Challenge. Identifying yourself as a member of their "family" is another way to encourage Chase to take your opinions seriously.

Demand an end to Chase's corporate policy of drug testing employees and refusing to hire pot smokers. Do not be overly concerned about whether your arguments will change the reader's opinion; stating your beliefs is what is most important. Please remember to be polite, responsible, and articulate.
