"Tukay" January 19, 1999 His Mission: Ultimately to Reform Marijuana Laws in the Great State of Texas. His Plan: Instead of a frontal assault, Tukay prefers to use "The Maginot Line" in which he will attack from the rear while at the same time presenting a false frontage for authorities to concentrate on. The Maginot Line will be a 2 tiered assault on the no tolerance laws on marijuana users and growers. 1st Tier: Tukay sets up a web site stating a mission, which is first on his agenda: To seed the entire State of Texas's Interstate right-of-way system with marijuana seeds. This brings confusion in law enforcement circles: "Where's all this Pot coming from," they ask. "We can't possibly eradicate it, it's everywhere," they will say! Definition of "The Maginot Line": A vast network of underground chambers or tunnels. On his web site Tukay encourages the world to bring all their pot seeds to Texas and seed the State's Interstate System with marijuana. This is an irreversible event because once the word was out it spread like wildfire! Tukay mapped out the state into grids and through his web site calls upon his covert constituency of marijuana users in every grid to seed the right-of ways of all interstate highways. And it will be done! The population of the Internet is mainly within a relatively small demographic of ages 12 to 50. Anyone who falls out of this demographic probably doesn't smoke pot a.k.a. marijuana. So with Internet distribution Tukay spreads his message worldwide to all Pot Smokers on the Internet and when combined with word of mouth becomes so huge that it hits the National Media. Network news rooms scramble to explain the phenomenon known as "Tukay!" Tukay becomes a pot smoker's covert code word. Tukay's Message: "Help me seed the State of Texas with marijuana, thereby making marijuana so plentiful that it becomes free to all!" "Tukay" becomes the rallying cry among people who have grown up smoking pot and continued smoking in their adult life. Some use marijuana openly in front of their family and friends as a part of every day life. Others are forced to smoke behind the backs of their family, friends, and associates because they will be deemed unacceptable because of the social degradation they would face if anyone found out. Either way, pot smoking is and will continue to be used by a particular segment of the population as a recreational drug, a stress reliever, an alternative to alcohol, and to help treat symptoms of nausea caused from medical procedures such as chemotherapy. Thus, we now have 2 to 3 generations of people who have smoked pot, occasionally smoke pot, or regularly smoke pot. We also have a Governor who was inaugurated today. Governor Bush proclaimed in his inauguration address today that each person in Texas should strive towards "A society where individuals are seen for who they are, not what they look like." So now you have a potential presidential candidate with a state full of pot for all see. He will be holding up the state for all to see as an example of Economic and Social Diversity while he runs for President. The only problem he doesn't even know he has is an entire interstate system proliferated with marijuana seeds which begin to grow in the Spring of 1999 and don't show up until August of 1999. When they are 10 feet tall along every mile of interstate across this Great State we call Texas, pot will be available to all who care to indulge. Anyone driving through the State come August will be able to enjoy a little puff by merely stopping along side the road and pulling a bud from the best looking plants. This will effectively eliminate all marijuana trafficking in the state. D.E.A. and other law enforcement agencies spend millions of dollars each year on the "Eradication" of marijuana in the "War on Drugs." This money can then go into the States bulging pockets and be better spent sending children to school and to college. http://www.connect.net/twisted
